Dr. Malone is an internationally recognized scientist/physician and the original inventor of mRNA vaccination as a technology, DNA vaccination, and multiple non-viral DNA and RNA/mRNA platform delivery technologies. He holds numerous fundamental domestic and foreign patents in the fields of gene delivery, delivery formulations, and vaccines, including for fundamental DNA and RNA/mRNA vaccine technologies.

He has approximately 100 scientific publications with over 12,000 citations of his work. He has been a speaker at over 50 conferences, has chaired numerous conferences and sat on or served as chairperson on HHS and DoD committees. He is a non-voting member on the NIH ACTIV committee, which is tasked with managing clinical research for a variety of drug and antibody treatments for COVID-19.

His medical degree is from the Northwestern Feinberg School of Medicine. He completed the Harvard Medical School fellowship as a global clinical research scholar in 2016 and was scientifically trained at the University of California at Davis, the University of California at San Diego, and at the Salk Institute Molecular Biology and Virology laboratories. He served as an assistant and associate professor of pathology and surgery at the University of California at Davis, the University of Maryland, and the Armed Forces University of the Health Sciences.

John Tamny is Director of the Center for Economic Freedom at FreedomWorks. He’s also editor of RealClearMarkets and a senior economic adviser to Toreador Research & Trading. Tamny frequently writes about the securities markets, along with tax, trade and monetary policy issues that impact those markets for a variety of publications including the Wall Street Journal, Investor’s Business Daily, Financial Times, National Review and London’s Daily Telegraph. His latest book, The End of Work, was released in May.

Delegate Karen Greenhalgh serves in the Virginia General Assembly representing the 85th district in Virginia Beach. Before deciding to run for office, Karen was an entrepreneur and business owner who owned and operated a successful cabinet manufacturing facility for 20 years. After selling Heritage Woodworks, Karen dedicated her time to a local crisis pregnancy center where she helped countless women facing unplanned pregnancies. During her time working at the crisis pregnancy center, Karen recognized the growing need for addressing privacy and cybersecurity risks in healthcare and started her second business, Cyber Tygr.

Caleb Taylor is the director of policy for the Virginia Institute for Public Policy, where he began as a volunteer and part-time editor in 1997. In addition to directing the policy research, planning, and symposia curriculum for the Virginia Institute, Caleb leads the Virginia Institute’s Legislative Impact Program, developing direct fit legislative models for the Institute’s coalition partners in and out of Virginia.

Loren Spivak “The Free Market Warrior” was born and raised in Massachusetts and spent most of his adult life in New York City. Spivak founded “Free Market Warrior” in 2009 in an effort to make a positive difference in American politics and economics.
His “Free Market Warrior” store was expelled from Concord Mills Mall in North Carolina in July of 2009 for selling material critical of the Obama Administration. Since then Loren has devoted his time to teaching conservative groups about free market economics. Spivak has delivered his famous seminar on “Economic Literacy” to over 200 groups in 20 states. Spivak is also the author of “The New Democrat” a parody history of the Obama administration, based on a famous children's book. Spivak’s second book “The Gorax” is an anti-environmentalism/pro capitalism parody starring Al Gore and presenting his movement as a threat to American freedom and standard of living.
