Ingredients:

• 3 eggs
• 3 cups of wheat flour
• 2 cups of sugar
• 1 cup of oil
• 1/2 cup powdered chocolate
• 1/2 cup cocoa powder
• 1 1/2 cup boiling water
• 1 spoon of cake yeast

Cake top

• 1 tablespoon of butter or margarine
• 2 condensed milk (790g)
• 1 cup cocoa powder or 1/2 cup cocoa and 1/2 more chocolate

Method:

In a large bowl, place the 3 whole eggs, flour, sugar, chocolate, cocoa.

Now it's time to stir (no mixer needed), add the boiling water little by little and keep stirring.

Put the yeast and mix.

Place in the oven and bake for 30 - 40 minutes at 180°C.

Cake top
In a pan put the butter spoon, condensed milk and chocolate.

Mix until you get the consistency you prefer, then turn off the heat.

Cover the cake while it is still warm.

*This recipe is very simple, you just need to mix everything and it's ready!

* If you prefer, use the mixer.
