Companies should invest in building a positive work culture to help retain and attract talent, amid an uncertain business environment. Speaking at an awards ceremony to recognise the best workplaces in Singapore, Deputy Prime Minister Heng Swee Keat said such a culture is supported by mutual trust between employers and employees, and will help both sides tide through challenges.
