Singapore's plans to expand its rail network are on track, despite recent headwinds. Transport Minister S Iswaran gave these assurances at the launch of the new Singapore Rail Discovery Centre. The new Singapore Rail Discovery Centre is the first permanent exhibition telling the 35-year story of the country's rail network. Located at Mandai Depot, SMRT said it is intended as a tribute to the hard work of colleagues and as an inspiration for the next generation of rail engineers.
