In this video we use the recent so-called antisemitic events involving Ye and Kyrie Irving to discuss the fight for the Jewish identity and the deeper human need it reveals. The Jewish historical narrative has deep ancestral roots in the collective mind and therefore provides to its adherents what the average modern man profoundly lacks today: a sense of identity, connection, safety and purpose. But at the end of the day, no matter ancient, can stories truly satisfy the foundational human need for identity?
