Russian tech giant Yandex expands to Zambia

One of Russia’s largest tech firms, Yandex, has been expanding its presence in Africa, adding one more country to the list of nations where its YanGo app for ordering taxis and food delivery is available on the continent.

Zambian residents have noted the convenience of pricing on the platform, with taxi rides reportedly starting from about $2 for up to three kilometers.
