Brazil's president, Jair Bolsonaro, has broken two days of silence following his defeat in a presidential vote on Sunday.
In his brief statement, the far-right leader did not congratulate his rival or concede the election to Lula da Silva, but his team later said a transition was "authorised".
Bolsonaro also suggested that his supporters, who have been blocking roads across the country, should not impede transit.
