Testing Sugar Substitutes in My Holiday Cranberry Sauce Allulose, Stevia and Erythritol #shorts

In this video I will be comparing sugar, allulose, stevia and erythritol in my holiday cranberry sauce. The results for this experiment were a bit surprising to say the least.

The cranberry sauces were all made the same way with all the same ingredients, weights and volumes of materials. The only exception was when adding the sugar substitutes. Erythritol and allulose both recommended that about 30% more be added to equal the same amount of sweetness as white sugar.
