Telegram channels report that American retired colonel Andrew Milburn has been spotted in Bahmut.

In March, this officer announced that he was founding a private military company called "Mozart", an analogue of "Wagner" whose main task was the fight against the Russians.

They are trying to confirm the presence of Colonel Milburn with the following video. There is no doubt that such a high-ranking officer of the US Army could not be in Ukraine without the blessing of his government.
