Grub Truck Idaho Murders

This is the segment of the Twitch stream where two of the girls murdered in Moscow, ID were last seen on cameras. Notice the guy that walks up with them in the brown or dark green jacket. He seems to be with them but in the roughly 10 minutes they are waiting for their food he has basically no interaction with them. When they get their food and leave, he tries to follow them but ends up going his separate way. Key things to notice about him is how he turns his hat forward and puts up his hood while staying relatively away from the cameras. Another thing to note is his shoes that look to be white Nike's with a red swoosh.
