Be Thou My Vision

Wk 11 the P. Whistle. The text is based on a Middle Irish poem (Rop tum o Baile’) most attributed to Dallán Forgaill, an early Christian Irish poet born in 530AD. The poem was translated from Gaelic in 1905 and later adapted into verse giving us the lyrics most commonly sung today.
