Universally everyone that I speak to is trying to make plans or even put into action many things that would only make sense to do or are really only truly possible, once you live in the country. Whether opening a business, buying land or a house, or attempting local banking; doing so remotely is difficult and dangerous and it rarely makes sense. There is something in the culture of moving to Nicaragua that makes North Americans feel that they should jump the gun and begin processes that should not normally be considered until already living in the country for some time even before arriving. Let's discuss.
