Rent growth slows, Dollar weakens and mortgage rates drop

Great week for mortgage rates and real estate as the market seems to be picking up steam. Dollar index (DXY) is in free-fall and this should be good for stocks/crypto, but the FTX fall out is still unraveling. Could be a longer crypto winter than its already been, BUT, keep in mind that "bottoms" like to form after capitulation events...the only question is, will this be the last one or more to come? I like what I'm seeing right now in the markets but things can change quickly.
