Elon Musk's ultimatum leads to chaos on Twitter, including office closures

Following an ultimatum from the new owner Elon Musk, who sent an email to staff urging them to choose between working "long hours at high intensity" or accepting a severance payment, hundreds of Twitter employees have quit.

Following Musk's $44 billion purchase of Twitter, the company has fallen hard and quickly.
