What Videos Need to be on your Website?

This is an interesting story. Around my 10th anniversary ish time, I set up a party for my clients whom I wanted to have given me a video testimonial.

Mhmm.

So I threw this party, gave them, you know, food, and wine. It was actually at a winery. They provided a video testimonial that I then put up on my website.
I think I have, like, eleven or twelve of them. Well, at the end of that, the videographer said, hey, Dotty, let's do an introduction video for you. I'm thinking, Okay. I've been working all day. It was a really hot summer day.
I wasn't dressed for it. I wasn't prepared for it, but I did it anyway. I hated the video. It looked like I was wearing a bathing suit because it was like a summer dress. It wasn't what I would have put out had I planned it. Right. However, I said, you know what? I'm just going to go with this. I'm going to put it on my website. I don't know if this was a coincidence or what, but the very day that I put that up on my website. Someone called me for a website and you know, me, Nancy, I ask everybody, why'd you call?
Mhmm.

They actually said, I saw this video on your website and you've seemed so approachable, so I figured I'd give you a call. Wow. I was just like, whoa.
I hated it. I hate that video. I left it up for probably 5 to 8 years. I've finally replaced it with another one, but the introduction video is gold. If you hate yours, but your customers will relate to it, get it up on your website.
