Rich in the Holy Ghost I : Filled and Speaking

The span of time in which the Gifts of the Spirit are distributed throughout the Body of Christ are what Joel 2 and Peter in Acts 2 called "the Last Days". Which are the 2000 years between Christ's first and second coming. They did not cease when the last apostle died or after the early church was established. And the initial evidence of being filled with the Spirit is speaking in tongues like the Bible says . .
