The Biden Administration has determined that Saudi Arabia's crown prince Mohammed Bin Salman should be granted immunity in a lawsuit over the killing of Jamal Khashoggi, despite the fact that the administration has said Khashoggi, a Washington Post journalist, was murdered in 2018 at the prince's direction. Bin Salman, however, has continue to deny these allegations, and was recently made the Saudi Prime Minister. According to CNN, the Biden Administration claims the prince now qualifies for immunity as a foreign head of government.
