1500 tower cranes are working simultaneously at the construction site in Xiongan New Area.

Xiong'an New Area is located in the Baoding county of Hebei, China. Founded in April 2017, it is located about 100 km southwest of downtown Beijing and 50 km east of downtown Baoding. Its main function is as a center for the development of the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei (Jing-Jin-Ji) economic triangle area. In addition, "non-core" functions of the Chinese capital are expected to migrate to the region, including research and development facilities, some Chinese regional enterprise offices and government agencies.
