Just as the sun rises and sets every day and night, so too will life always go on in one form or another: good times and bad times; happiness and sadness.

The holidays are an especially difficult time for those who are grieving. You can help by sending a card, giving flowers, or donating to a charity in the name of someone you know is grieving.
