Proof there are no excuses when it comes to preparing good food for yourself, refraining from munching, gobbling, and stuffing your face from bags, boxes, and cartons.

I live in a 260 sq. ft. studio apartment in Rawai Beach on the very southern tip of Phuket, Thailand. The rent is 3,500 baht per month, $91.65 at today's exchange rates. Electricity (including A/C for sleeping) is about $30, so let's call it $120 per month.

I like to cook. So I do this.
