Halloween is here! What better way to celebrate than with warm, spicy pumpkin cupcakes instead of sugar-laden candies? Today I am presenting a pretty simple recipe that can be prepared at home, and something that everyone will definitely enjoy! Try it!

EASY PUMPKIN CREAM CHEESE CUPCAKES

Ingredients:

For Cupcake Batter:
195g all-purpose flour
180g granulated sugar
170g pumpkin puree
100g butter
2 eggs
1 tsp baking powder
½ tsp baking soda
1 tsp ground cinnamon
½ tsp ground ginger
½ tsp ground all-spice
½ tsp salt
1 tsp vanilla extract

For Cream Cheese Filling:
226g cream cheese
65g granulated sugar
1 egg
½ tsp vanilla extract

Recipe makes 12 cupcakes
