Secy. Austin: Poland Missile Incident 'Most Likely' Caused By Ukrainian Air Defense

Defense Secy. Lloyd Austin told reporters at a briefing that the Pentagon has no information to contradict the assessment that a deadly missile incident in Poland was most likely caused by a Ukrainian air defense system but "Russia bears ultimate responsibility for this incident."
