Republicans advance gun-control bill in Ohio Senate

The nasty details about SB357:

1. Codifies the chassis of Bloomberg's Gun Registration agenda. Eventually, it would outlaw the private sale of firearms without government permission.

2. Creates Red Flag Gun Confiscation for Ohio by creating a new "disability" for firearms ownership/possession under ORC2923. If you cannot prove to a mental health “professional” that you were not going to commit a crime, you are disabled from owning a firearm.

3. Spends $175 million in “mental health” appropriations. Massive expansion of government mental health workers, expand crisis infrastructure and create regional mental health rehab centers. The bill would create REGIONAL CRISIS TEAMS to execute the behavioral risk assessment requests made by schools, employers, and community activists.

4. Creates a whole new classification for firearms, labeling all semi-auto firearms as "restricted access firearms."
