8-ounce pork rinds

8-ounce ground beef

1/2 cup cherry tomatoes

1 medium avocado, diced

1 medium jalapeno pepper, sliced

1 1/2 cups shredded Mexican blend cheese

1/4 medium red onion

1 tablespoon fresh cilantro, minced

1/4 cup sour cream, for garnish

The Preparation:

1. Measure out and prepare all the ingredients.

2. In a skillet over medium heat, add the ground beef. Cook for about 8 minutes or until the meat is no longer pink.
