German TV camera man suddenly becomes unwell during live broadcast (Feb. 2022)

While reporting on alpine skiing at the 2022 Winter Olympics in Beijing, a camera man for German mainstream media channel ZDF, suddenly became unwell.

I don't know if the camera man got the COVID jab, but it is known that the COVID measures at the Beijing Olympics were very strict. 'Vaccination' was not strictly required, but had many advantages. For example, "Anyone who is not vaccinated has to quarantine in Beijing for 21 days before being allowed in the closed loop system."

Someone in the YouTube comments writes that all this speculation about collapses related to the COVID injections is just a bunch of nonsense. According to the user, the camera man might for example have had too much to drink.

Another user responded that if this was a single incident, it might be innocuous enough. However, the rate of people collapsing seems to be enormously higher than before. I agree with this response. You don't need exact statistics to notice that something is wrong.

I agree that, of course, heart attacks and sudden unexplained deaths *did* happen before 2021. Also, people *did* faint and collapse before 2021. Sadly, even apparently healthy children and adolescents had heart attacks and died, sometimes with little to no warning.

However, the RATE of these acute medical issues (i.e. the number of these incidents per month) seems to have gone through the roof.

Attentional bias (for lack of a better term), where certain events seem to be more common, only due to your paying more attention to them, does not seem to be anywhere near an adequate explanation.

If there is indeed a rate increase, it could theoretically be due to many causes, but I struggle to find any other plausible cause to explain the sharp increase other than the jabs.
