THE SEED

think people should read deeper into this little film. Yes, it’s beautiful, but the meaning is more powerful. The seed represents our spirits. The jar represents our bodies. As we nurture our spirits (through physical and spiritual nourishments) a plant grows, which exceeds the containment of the jar (bodies), and extends into the outer world. As soon as we start growing this spirit seed and the plant emerges, we can weather any storm or difficultly we encounter. Life, and it’s turmoils, will not kill our spirits. And the final scenes of the canopies of trees reaching into the heavens represents our souls reaching the skies and beyond. Rumi’s poem at the end locks in the creator’s intention for making the film.
