Towards the end of the 19th Century, over half of London's milk came from Welsh dairies.

Young Megan Evans has traveled from her home in Wales to visit her brother Luc, who is running her family's dairy farm in Whitechapel, but as she begins to learn about the dairy business and life in Whitechapel, she begins to suspect that her brother is hiding something ... .that he's involved with local gangland boss Moses Lipski. Now Megan will have to use all her wits to save both her brother and the family business not only from Lipski but also from slimy suitor Madog Prys.
