It's China's first standardized smart EV charging station that integrates solar panels, charging piles, a megawatt-level energy storage system and battery testing technology.

Located in east China's Ningde City, it can charge 20 cars at the same time in about eight minutes.

There are solar panels on the roof that are used to charge cars.

And with a smart phone app, drivers can get updates about their battery levels and the health of their vehicle.

Its developer, Nebula Technology, is promoting the charging stations in large and medium-sized cities across the country.

According to city officials, Ningde will have 50 of these one-stop charging stations in its downtown area in the next five years, with 12 to be completed by the end of 2023.
