35歲後關節老化! 盤腿坐最傷膝蓋

人體關節隨著年紀增長,風險越高!專家表示:關節一般在35歲後就會開始老化,若是平時生活習慣不佳,50歲以上就會漸漸引起退化性關節炎,導致膝蓋卡卡,還會伴隨抽痛或割裂痛,隨後又因疼痛不運動,變成惡性循環,尤其「盤腿坐」最傷膝蓋,因膝關節過度彎曲,承受體重8倍的壓力。
台灣骨科脊椎專業陳鈺泓醫師指出:每一個樂齡族群都要面對,而50歲以上都要面對「退化性關節炎」,因此提供樂齡族群「預防關節退化6大招」。
1.控制體重
過重關節負擔會增加,加速關節磨損。這也是為何過重的人多數都要坐輪椅,因關節已支撐不了身體重量。
2.少彎腰取物
盡量避免彎腰,若要拿低處物品,建議蹲下拿取。
3.吃抗發炎食物
建議補充維生素C、維生素E、Omega3等營養素,減少關節發炎症狀。
4.膝蓋保暖
膝蓋本身脂肪少,若著涼會讓膝蓋的血液循環減弱,使關節更加僵硬痠痛。
5.不盤腿
盤腿坐最傷膝蓋,因膝關節過度彎曲,將承受體重8倍的壓力。
6.不坐矮椅子
若椅子太矮,起身和坐下時都會加重膝蓋和髖關節的壓力。
