Ingredient 2 long bananas 2 purple eggplants 1 ounce of anchovies 1 ounce of curly red chilies 5 red cayenne 5 shallots 1 tomato Salt The method 1. Peel the skin around the edges of the petai, scrape the green skin with a knife, cut the banana into the skin, don't cut it into pieces, wash and drain. Purple eggplant, cut in half and then cut into small pieces 2. Fry the bananas, eggplants and anchovies in hot oil, not 1-1 at a time 3. Roughly grind the chili, onion, tomato & salt, then stir-fry until fragrant & the chili is cooked, mix with PTT
