Adviser to the President of Ukraine doesn't have any access to any classified information

Oleksiy Arestovich, adviser to the President of Ukraine, said during an interview that he doesn't have any access to any classified information, and he doesn't need any control from the President's office or anyone else.

- So if he doesn't have any acces to military information, where does he get all those fantastic reports of Russia running out of missiles and other fairy tales he invents from?
