I went to the store to grab some lettuce today and I couldn't find it in any of the usual stores I buy my lettuce but was shocked when I found some and got to the cash and my bill came to $25 for 3 bags of romaine lettuce! I only purchased one, but WOW! I will be growing my own lettuce indoors this winter! I'm still in shock! This is why we choose to homestead! This price is highway robbery! Food price inflation is a real thing here.
