Final Walk Through on a Subto

As you know I️ am also a real estate investor. This property came to me originally as a referral from a friend to sell her moms house traditionally. After review the sellers situation and her multiple options, she decided it was time to sell and let me take care of evicting the tenants. We came up with a plan for me to buy the house creatively using a process know as Subject To. I was able to get the tenant out quickly and now my crew is in there now cleaning it up and making it pretty again.
