The Irony of Amnesty: "We're Still Living Through the Atrocities"

"This amnesty term implies – at some point – there was wrong done," explained Dr. Heather Gessling.

"She [Emily Oster] discusses, 'We probably did handle this incorrectly. We probably did make a lot of mistakes. And we really should just forgive each other and move on.' One of the big problems, though, is that a lot of these mistakes are still occurring. We're still living through the atrocities."

Dr. Gessling is a board-certified MD who opened her own independent practice after witnessing the horrors of COVID hospital care. She now serves as the COO of the Chief Medical Board for The Wellness Company.
