Cream:
300 ml 30% cream (1¼ cups)
80 g sugar (⅓ cup)
15 g vanilla sugar (1 tbsp + 2 tsp)
2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
1 tbsp cornstarch
200 grams of butter

Dough:
200 grams of butter
2 eggs
200 g sugar (1 cup)
2 teaspoons 30% cream
2 teaspoons of baking soda
500 g all-purpose flour (4 cups + 2 tbsp)

mixed nuts:
150 grams of butter
3-4 tbsp honey
80 g sugar (⅓ cup + 1 tbsp)
350 g walnuts (2¾ cups + 2 tbsp)

Bake: 180°C / 356°F 15 minutes on top/bottom heat
Bake: 180°C / 356°F 25 minutes on top/bottom heat
