This license will allow MBA to serve accredited investors, expert investors, or institutional investors under the exempt regime from licensing and business conduct requirements under the Securities and Futures Act (“SFA”) and/or the Financial Advisers Act (“FAA”). The license ensures the financial advice MBA offers in Singapore follows certain guidelines on an on-going basis while providing clients with assurance of regulatory review and compliance.

Nick has been a founder, advisor, director, executive and active investor in a wide variety of industries including financial services, digital assets, fintech, oil & gas, natural resources & alternative medicine. He has working experience with leading North American stock brokerage firms, auditors, lawyers, tax specialists, valuation and independent experts in matters related to the ventures he has invested in, founded or those who he provided advisory services to.

Nick has served in executive or advisory roles for Fortune Minerals, Sun Life Financial, Elite Financial, Envio Systems, Santa Marta Life Sciences, Miracle Valley Medicinal Alternatives, Veritas Pharma, REV Venture Capital, and Blocpal International.
