8 sets of 2 squats with 385!

Did 8 sets of 2 on squats yesterday and hit 385!

Getting stronger daily, not even getting sore and my physique is improving daily.

Long term strength and health while being able to step onstage in 4-6 weeks is the goal! No pain, no injuries and THINGS ARE CLICKING!

Health is everything and I urge all of my fellow 40+ year olds to get your blood work checked for everything from metabolic panel to hormones.

My entire panel is dialed in and I always say going with @hormonehealthwpb was the best decision I made for aging. They keep my hormones perfect with test in the high-normal range to the extent that my family doctor said I am one of the healthiest people he’s ever seen.

Age is different than biological age. While I put some miles on early in my athletic career I treat my body like the temple it is now.

I plan on being around when my kids get married, have kids and want to be able to play with my grandkids. I have a 16 year old, that’s not a long term plan, that’s imminent!

Also, props to my training partner @kamilobliner for pushing me hard and making me a better man and father. YOU INSPIRE ME!
