A back-seat passenger of a car exited a vehicle

A back-seat passenger of a car exited a vehicle, dropped a bag and ran during a traffic stop in Pottsville, #Arkansas. The driver of the vehicle remained inside and was given a warning for the stop. According to police, he had no idea who the passenger was or why he was running. Police say the bag had nothing illegal inside and they are not looking for the man who ran away.
