Happy Birthday Stuttering John Melendez! LOSES Lawsuit against SiriusXM! Chrissie Mayr Discusses

Stuttering John Malendez, former intern on the Howard Stern Show and former announcer on Jay Leno’s The Tonight Show on NBC attempted to sue Sirius XM for using his name & likeness in clips from shows that John had appeared in over twenty yewrs ago on The Howard Stern Show. In yet another dabble of the renowned dabbler, John did not win his case. The court felt that the use of his likeness is not something that would be against copyright laws. He did not show any evidence that would show any use outside of the bounds of what Sirius XM owns. John was on the Howard Stern Show for years and since Sirius XM owns the rights to the show that would involve everything and everyone's contributions to the show. Maybe now John will need to start dabbling in law school to possibly win at something. Chrissie Mayr In the Morning
