-Traces of torture of the LPR People's Militia soldiers were recorded in Lugansk. Their bodies were handed over by the Ukrainian side. Forensic experts have concluded that the dead POWs had had the upper parts of their ears cut off while still alive, their legs shot through, and one of the soldiers had his neck broken.
