Big Tree Down Short

The other night the huge tree in my front yard collapsed to the ground during a rain storm at about 12:40 AM. Luckily the tree had fallen in the other direction of my house, landing in the street and parts into the neighbors yard across the street from me. From the looks of it, the tops of the branches must’ve hit the powerlines on the other side of the street, but luckily the impact was not enough to take down the power lines. A guy in a jeep that came down the street right after that almost plowed into the tree, suggested I call the police about it. Once I called the police, 15 minutes later I had three police cars arrive, with the police officers checking out the downed tree. About an hour later Two tree crews show up to remove the tree. And less than an hour of their work, the tree was totally gone
