Harvest Sweet Potatoes Part 2

This sweet potato harvest was a little disappointing. I added too much biochar to the bed and I think this stunted the growth. I have found that 10% of the bed volume is plenty of biochar. For example this bed is 32 square feet. It should have only had 3 square feet of biochar. It had almost 3 times that amount. Live and learn!
