Biden Forgets Where He Is Again After Announcing a "Climate Change Gender Fund?"

Biden is out schmoozing with his next targets, but still being lovable old Uncle Joe in the process! It's easy to mix up Cambodia and Colombia, right? Wouldn't be terribly embarrassing to thank your host country and mistake it for a vastly geographically different country, right? Oof.

The day before though, Biden announced a "Climate Gender Equity Fund," because we need more women in climate change? It's as dumb as it sounds, trust me.
