SOURDOUGH PIZZA BASES

There has never been a easier way of making sourdough Pizza bases.

Ingredients:
1 kg flour.
20 gr salt
100 gr sourdough culture
600 gr water (more if needed)

mix all together and ferment for 24 hours.
then follow with approaching the dough like in the video.
