Russia's withdrawal from the Ukrainian city of Kherson is Moscow's "biggest setback of the war", an expert has said.

Professor Michael Clarke, former director of defence and security think tank RUSI, spoke to Forces News about the move and what the implications might be.

Kherson was the only regional capital Russian forces had seized since invading Ukraine in February.
