Ok, so what started as a week where it looked like the news would be entirely focuses on politics, turned into some pretty big stories in law! Grab something to drink, whatever your fancy, and some popcorn because this week ended with a bang.

On the docket:

Washington Commanders, Dan Snyder (Owner), NFL, and NFL Commissioner Roger Goodell have been sued by the District of Columbia for "colluding to deceive District residents about an investigation into toxic workplace culture and allegations of sexual assault to maintain a strong fanbase and increase profits."

Crypto Exchange FTX Files For Bankruptcy - just 5 days after tweeting "FTX is fine. Assets are fine." (now deleted), founder and CEO of cryptocurrency exchange FTX, Sam Bankman-Fried, has resigned and the company has filed for bankruptcy relief. The barebones filing lists $10 billion and $50 billion (that's BILLION with a "B") in estimated assets and liabilities.

Twitter Chaos Continues - blue checkmarks abound in the Twittersphere (see blue-check Mario's obscene hand gesture), with changes to policies coming in the blink of an eye. Reports of resignations, terminations, obfuscations, insinuations, and allllll the "a"-tions continued throughout the week.
