Freedom Caucus Chair: House leadership team set on fairness

If the Republicans do win control of Congress Rep. Kevin McCarthy, the current minority leader, is expected to step in as the next speaker of the house. But It seems like not all Republicans are necessarily on board. Representative Scott Perry, who chairs the house Freedom Caucus, told CNN what they're looking for in a speaker.
