Some games leave an impression. Some games become cult classics. Some games fail to achieve their vision. Some games become studies and guides, landmarks for game development that future game designers turn to for inspiration and knowledge. Batman: Arkham Knight is one of those games. I cannot give this game enough praise. Everything in this game is masterfully crafted, executed, and thought out. The entire Arkham series is good, but Arkham Knight is a milestone in game development that many studios looked at for inspiration. Batman: Arkham Knight is interactive excellence!

Batman: AK starts off with one of the best openings I've ever witnessed in a game and never loses it's momentum. From start to finish you are on a roller coaster ride that will leave you in awe upon it's conclusion. Few other games ever achieve this level of perfection. The combat system is simple to grasp yet hard to perfect and is copied by many games (Insomniac's Spiderman). The open world layout is dense with actions and activities while the addition of the Batmobile keeps things interesting. This game is a must play for every gamer!

Batman: Arkham Knight is available on Playstation, Xbox, and PC.

I will give my rating for the game once it is completed based off of my new and simple rating system. The game will get one of five ratings based solely on my experience while playing through it: Horrible (rare rating), Bad, Average, Good, and Great (rare rating).
