The new 'pilgrimage' place in Makkah is called the Al Amoudi Museum. It is located in the El Shimeisi area, a suburb of the holy city of Makkah. To reach it, it takes about 15 minutes by car from the Grand Mosque.
Previously, we knew Jabal Magnet, Jabal Uhud, Jabal Nur, Jabal Rah, Zam Zam Museum, and around Makkah, Mina, Musdalifah, Arafah, and Jabal Rahmah as famous tourist destinations in Saudi Arabia. Now, the Al Amoudi Museum is also included in the favorite agenda of Hajj and Umrah pilgrims in the Holy Land.
The museum contains various properties of civilization and daily life equipment of Arab society in ancient times. Starting from wells, building stones, cooking utensils, as well as eating and drinking, shops, houses, beds, sofas, jewelry, and clothes. There are also Arab army war equipment, such as clothes and swords
Mecca from the past until now is presented in a series of photos. We can get a picture of the Grand Mosque, the Ka'ba, and the congregation of tawaf and bersai in the past. In the past, tawaf and sai were still very simple, not as neatly arranged as they are now. Sai is done still in the common area on the dusty ground
