Community Reacts To Noose Found At Obama Presidential Center Site

Construction on the Obama Presidential Center in Chicago’s South Side was suspended after a noose was found at the site, the builders said. In a statement, the Obama Foundation called the incident a “shameless act of cowardice and hate”.
